1. Acceptance

By using DataForge AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

DataForge AI is for lawful data transformation and analysis. You may not use it to process data you do not own or have authorization to process.

3. AI features

AI-generated SQL, schemas and code are provided as-is. Review all AI output before using in production systems. DataForge AI is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of liability

DataForge AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service.
